The real estate office “MetroQuadro” opened in January of 1995, by owner Giovanni Sodini, realizing a life-long dream. In 1997, he was joined by Anna Chelli.Giovanni and Anna are both licensed realtors, and licensed real estate appraisers with over thirty years of experience between them in the both private and commercial sectors. They are both members of the prestigious association of appraisers “Ruolo dei Periti”. In addition to knowing the Florence, Tuscan and surrounding areas intimately, a significant amount of their business comes from non-Italians.Giovanni is fluent in English and has worked on transactions abroad such as the U.S.A, Brazil and Romania. Through the years, Giovanni and Anna have developed many important relationships within the real estate industry and take great pride in continuing their personnal, 'hands on' approach with their clients. Knowing its territory and staying current on all aspects of the business (legal & practical) have given “MetroQuadro” an edge in the competive real estate market.
